Dr. Coons routinely sees adults coping with a range of fertility and family building challenges and decisions such as those listed below. Consistent with the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ARSM) guidelines, she also provides psychoeducational consultations for individuals and couples using donor gametes (i.e., eggs or sperm).
